Delivery Policy

Welcome to Oriflame Sweden Kenya. Kindly read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery within Nairobi will be completed within 24 hours after order confirmation and payment.
2. Delivery to other parts of Kenya (upcountry) will be completed within 3 business days.
3. Delivery to East African countries and Juba will be completed within 5 business days.
4. All delivery and transport charges shall be paid fully by the client.
5. Clients are required to provide accurate delivery information, including:
   • Full name
   • Correct phone number
   • Physical address
   • Building name
   • House/office number
6. We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery, failed delivery, or additional delivery charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.
8. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transport delays, public holidays, security issues, or courier service interruptions.
9. By placing an order with us, the client confirms acceptance of this Delivery Policy.
